Job Title: Automotive Biller

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Biller to join our team at VIP Automotive Group. As an Automotive Biller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our vehicle sales and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently and accurately process vehicle sales, including calculating profits and commissions.
  • Perform a wide range of administrative and office support duties associated with vehicle documentation, such as titles, registrations, and license plates.
  • Assist with inventory tracking, record keeping, and reporting, as well as managing contractual documentation with financial institutions.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; up to one year of related experience or training preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Basic math skills and ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
