As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering customer loyalty. No prior knowledge of hardware or tools is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided in various services we offer, such as key duplication, paint mixing, propane dispensing, glass cutting, and more. Our training program is designed to ensure that all new hires become adept at performing all required services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored solutions to customers' home improvement inquiries, building relationships through their projects.
  • Assist in receiving, stocking, and pricing merchandise while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Welcome customers and guide them in finding everything they need to complete their projects efficiently.
  • Promptly and courteously respond to calls and pages.
  • Continuously enhance your product knowledge to assist customers with store layout and product locations.
  • Handle pricing, stocking, and bagging of merchandise.
  • Operate the cash register to process customer transactions.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment where time flies.
