Position Overview

Under the guidance of the Service Manager, the Facilities Maintenance Specialist will be tasked with preparing units to meet market-ready standards as per Peak Living’s guidelines. The hours of work will vary based on community requirements and may include weekends and emergency service calls outside of regular hours.

Key Responsibilities

Execute make-ready maintenance tasks. Complete assigned work orders while ensuring adherence to Peak Living standards. Support building and common area upkeep. Participate in the preventative maintenance program and manage property equipment.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent GED. At least 1 year of experience in general maintenance within a property management setting. EPA and CPO certifications are preferred but not mandatory. Proficient knowledge of general maintenance tasks (including electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
