About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Realtor Careers. As a key member of our Avail team, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their rental journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Guide customers through phone and email channels, providing clear and concise support as they navigate the renter and landlord lifecycle.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues of low to medium complexity, ensuring timely resolutions and a positive experience.
  • Answer questions on topics such as listing properties, applying for rentals, and building residential leases that comply with state laws.
  • Identify opportunities for self-help solutions and create resources to support both customers and internal team members.
What We're Looking For
  • A deep passion for delivering exceptional customer service and humanizing the experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in high-volume inbound call support.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Expert-level written and oral communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
  • Experience working with fast-growth technology companies and tools like Zendesk and JIRA, preferred.
