PC Support Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled PC Technician Support to join our team at TEKsystems. As a PC Technician Support, you will be responsible for working with employees and IT staff to understand current system configurations and swaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unbox newly purchased computer equipment and configure PCs, including user profile configuration.
  • Image laptops and desktop computers, and box up imaged PCs for shipping to end users.
  • Work with end users to ensure data is copied and applications are installed on new/reimaged computers.
  • Receive old computers back from employees, wipe and reimage for redeployment, and follow the same process.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate level of experience with Windows 10, desktop imaging, hardware, and support.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
