StaffMed Health Partners is collaborating with a prominent Anesthesia group to facilitate the recruitment of additional Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) in New Mexico. This role offers the unique advantage of working autonomously alongside fellow CRNAs within a dedicated all-CRNA team.
Benefits and Compensation- Competitive Compensation: Total earnings exceeding $350,000.
- Sign-On Bonus: $40,000 offered.
- Paid Time Off: Enjoy 12 weeks of PTO annually.
- Additional Earnings: Extra compensation available for working beyond 40 weeks each year.
- Employment Status: Independent Contractor.
- Scope of Practice: Full-scope, independent practice.
- Team Composition: Collaborate with a team of 9 CRNAs.
- Case Variety: Engage in a diverse range of cases including GI, General Surgery, Orthopedics, GYN, Podiatry, Urology, ENT, and OB.
- Responsibilities: CRNAs will independently manage all pre-operative assessments, anesthetic administration, PACU management, blocks, and lines.
- Mentorship: Opportunities for mentorship in blocks and lines are available.
- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a favorable quality of life with a diluted call pool.
- Post-Call Rest: Benefit from a day off following on-call duties.
