Job Summary

The Custodial Worker II is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in the casino area. This includes general cleaning, deep cleaning, and operating specialized equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and emptying garbage
  • Deep clean areas as needed, including floor treatments, high dusting, and window cleaning
  • Operate equipment such as the cardboard baler, riding shampooer, and street sweeper
  • Report any issues or problems to the Custodial Shift Lead
  • Provide training to new Custodial Workers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of professional cleaning experience in a casino, hotel, warehouse, or similar environment
  • Ability to train on and operate specialized equipment
  • Ability to obtain certification in Aerial Work Platform Operation and Safety
  • Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers Permit
  • Pass NRWC pre-employment testing
  • Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to obtain a Class III Gaming License
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
  • OSHA 10 certification
