Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN/LVN to join our team at Ascension Providence. As a member of our clinic staff, you will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a registered nurse or physician.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to patient assessment and ensure patient well-being
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions
  • Perform laboratory tests and therapeutic services
  • Educate patients and families about disease treatment plans and self-care
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date
  • Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program or current LPN/LVN license in the state of Texas
  • High school diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
