Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at AdventHealth Littleton. As an Operating Room Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • You will assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, and review of medical records and clinical data.
  • You will develop and implement patient plans of care and observe outcomes in accordance with nursing standards and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • You will demonstrate competency in a variety of therapeutic/diagnostic interventions, including but not limited to IV's, incision/wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collections.

Requirements:

  • Current Colorado RN License or Compact RN License from a NCLA Compact State
  • BLS certification credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • One year experience preferred, with nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty
