About the Role

Filtration Group Corp is seeking a skilled Assembly and Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in Breckenridge, Texas. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and processing filtration components, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and process filtration components, including sawing raw tubes to correct cut length, wrapping cores, and assembling cores/wraps into tubes.
  • Operate hot tables for final assembly of elements requiring end caps attached with heat-activated adhesives.
  • Monitor temperature settings for proper curing of adhesives and operate dispenser to obtain adhesives.
  • Use work orders to identify end caps and set up hot melt stations for attaching end caps that are thermally bonded.
  • Package and label finished goods per customer order or work order.
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance for equipment used.
Requirements
  • Ability to read and follow instructions provided on work orders and routers.
  • Ability to use tools and measuring devices provided.
  • Physical demands include long periods of standing on concrete floor, lifting up to 50 lbs, and pushing mobile carts.
  • Use required PPE.
