Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to customers
  • Handle food and beverages according to food safety guidelines and standards
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Ensure proper presentation and portion control of food and beverages
  • Follow recipes and production standards for food preparation
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer concerns
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a related role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
