Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the entire order management process.
- Develop and present professional quotations to clients.
- Conduct active follow-ups on pending quotes.

- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Handle incoming office calls in collaboration with fellow Customer Service team members.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong commercial insight and negotiation capabilities.
- Post-secondary education is required.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of industrial markets are advantageous.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written, is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
- A collaborative team player who can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
