With a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting broadband equipment and services in residential settings. This includes configuring and testing modems, routers, and associated wiring or hardware, as well as educating customers on how to use and optimize their services.

We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to adhering to all safety guidelines and company policies. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in ensuring our customers enjoy seamless connectivity and the best possible service experience.

Responsibilities
  • Install and configure broadband equipment, including modems, routers, and associated hardware, in customers' homes.
  • Educate customers on how to use and optimize their broadband services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any installation or service issues, providing high-quality customer service.
  • Maintain inventory of installation supplies and equipment, ensuring tools and vehicles are in good working condition.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in telecommunications, electronics, or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in telecommunications, broadband installation, or related field preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
