Our DIRFloortime therapy sessions are provided in the home on a one-to-one basis and are typically flexible and part-time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work under the supervision of an AFT or QHP
  • Befriend the youth
  • Play 1:1 to support the child's development
  • Video sessions for reflection
  • Light data collection and positive approaches to create meaningful change

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 1 year related experience or education required
  • Valid ID, Federal and State background checks, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to play on the floor and working device for session data
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required

Experience:

  • Childcare, special education, developmental intervention, or autism interventions
