Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner

Molina Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our members in their homes, communities, and nursing facilities.

Job Summary:

The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical assessments, ordering appropriate tests and procedures, formulating treatment plans, and documenting patient information in a timely and accurate manner. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our members receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary care services to members in their homes, communities, and nursing facilities
  • Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, including history and physical exams
  • Order and perform diagnostic tests and procedures as needed
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
  • Document patient information in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate effectively with members, families, and healthcare providers
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Family Health from an accredited nursing program
  • Current state-issued license to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professionals certification
  • Current unrestricted driver's license
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and/or Nurse Practitioner, ideally in a home health, community health, or public health setting
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fluency in a language in addition to English
  • Immunization and point of care testing skills

  • $30,000 nursing loan repayment over 3 years
  • $2,000 hours for CME annually

  • Tuition/Certification Reimbursement - $5,250 annually
