We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Kenmore Mercy Hospital. This is a weekend shift position that requires a high level of dedication and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Coordinate total patient care through assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs.
- Participate in patient and family teaching, ensuring that patients and their families are well-informed and empowered to manage their health.
- Provide leadership and work cooperatively with the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional practice in the clinical setting.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that patient care is delivered in a safe and effective manner.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Prepared to sit for New York State RN Licensure Boards within 6 months from date of hire.
- Or, graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, maintains a current New York State Professional RN License.
- BLS within 4 months.
