Abundant Life Family Services (ALFS) is dedicated to enhancing the physical, cognitive, communication, social-emotional, and adaptive developmental skills of children and their families across various settings, including home, clinic, child care centers, and community environments. Clinical Collaboration: Our clinical team works closely with parents, educational institutions, and child care providers to offer intensive services for children. These services encompass behavioral therapeutic interventions and related educational support.

Role Description: We are currently seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to develop, assess, and implement treatment plans as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team dedicated to serving children and their families. Key Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational awareness, data management, leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, initiative, integrity, interpersonal communication, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Completion of a 40-hour RBT training program and certification from the Board upon passing the examination.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized behavioral intervention services to address maladaptive behaviors in home and community settings.
  • Implement clinical service delivery objectives aligned with agency goals and established policies/procedures.
  • Complete all mandatory training while maintaining certification and clearances.
  • Adhere to treatment plan objectives and interventions.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop internal systems that enhance service quality.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of clinical service delivery.
  • Establish and nurture professional relationships with clients, their families, community support representatives, colleagues, and other relevant agencies.
  • Effectively implement behavioral interventions, including positive reinforcement, teaching coping and grounding skills, managing crises, and promoting trauma-informed care.
  • Execute interventions based on the treatment and behavior management plans developed by the Licensed Behavior Consultant and/or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
