Position Overview:
The Risk Management Professional plays a pivotal role in ensuring organizational resilience through the application of sophisticated risk management strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of advanced risk management frameworks that facilitate mission assurance.
- Utilize extensive industry knowledge to develop and execute innovative solutions to complex risk-related challenges.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Risk Management or Program Management.
- Proficient understanding of risk management methodologies, tools, and program management practices.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze intricate situations and formulate creative solutions for risk identification and mitigation.
- Possession of a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Certification as a Risk Management Professional or DAWIA.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Risk Management within the Department of Defense or federal agencies.
- Familiarity with risk management tools and processes.
- Proven ability to collaborate with program teams to seamlessly integrate risk management into all facets of program planning and execution.
- Skilled in documenting risk management activities, maintaining an up-to-date risk register, and ensuring accessibility of all risk-related documentation.
Security Clearance:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
