Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a service-oriented environment within the group exercise classroom, providing a safe and effective workout experience for our Members.
- Design and lead engaging group exercise classes, incorporating current fitness trends and popular formats.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Members, promoting a positive and supportive class environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, attending continuing education opportunities and workshops as needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including class scheduling and equipment maintenance.
- Experience as a Group Exercise Instructor or certified personal trainer.
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
