We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a pediatric nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with children of all ages and backgrounds, providing high-quality care and support to families in need.

About the Role

As a pediatric nurse with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC, you will be responsible for providing skilled pediatric home care services to patients in their homes. This will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled pediatric home care services to patients in their homes
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement care plans and provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
