**Responsibilities**

As a Pediatric Nurse with The Pediatric Connection, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to medically fragile children in their homes. This includes

* Assessing the needs of each child and developing a care plan to meet those needs
* Providing skilled nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Educating families on how to care for their child

**Requirements**

* Current valid RN license
* Experience working with medically fragile children
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
