Key Responsibilities
  • Engagement Coordination
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute quarterly employee events to foster a sense of community and teamwork.
    • Assist with brainstorming and execution of employee welcome packages, monthly incentives, and anniversary gifts to show appreciation for our team members.
    • Perform routine employee surveys to gather feedback on onboarding, training, and ongoing case satisfaction.
    • Present administrative team with monthly data, feedback, and strategy around team engagement to inform decision-making.
    • Assist HR with onboarding/offboarding strategies to ensure a seamless transition for new and departing employees.
    • Support the clinical department with client engagement surveys, feedback, and data to inform treatment planning.
  • Caseload Supervision
    • Maintain a hybrid caseload and conduct a minimum of 25 billable hours per week to ensure timely and effective treatment.
    • Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments to inform treatment planning.
    • Create comprehensive treatment plans, including function-based behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
    • Train, supervise, and guide behavior technicians in the implementation of treatment plans.
    • Monitor ongoing ABA programs, assess, and update as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
    • Ensure accurate electronic data is reflective of client progress on our data collection platform.
    • Provide ABA strategy coaching and support to parents and other caregivers to ensure a collaborative approach to treatment.
    • Coordinate treatment with other members of the client's team to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
  • Qualifications
    • 3+ years' experience as a practicing BCBA.
    • Current and active BCBA certification and state licensure (if applicable).
    • Completed BACB-approved 8-hour supervision training prior to start of employment.
    • Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
    • Demonstrated skill and experience implementing ABA therapy with individuals with autism.
    • Familiarity with clinical assessments such as the Vineland, VB-Mapp, ABBLS, AFFL's, etc.
    • Strong supervisory and management skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to establish supportive and collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers.
    • Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
    • Access to reliable transportation, ability to travel.
    • Experience with Central Reach (preferred).
