About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Plasma Collection Specialist to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Plasma Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting plasma from donors, ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect plasma from donors using aseptic techniques and follow established protocols.
- Monitor donor vital signs and report any abnormalities to the Plasma Center Manager.
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on plasma collection procedures and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
