Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Lead Technician in daily accomplishments and tasking
  • Maintain a limited number of systems by removing, replacing, repairing or upgrading components
  • Troubleshoot problems to isolate faulty components
  • Conduct routine functional tests by operating equipment and using appropriate test equipment
  • Perform a variety of visual inspections as required by equipment maintenance documents
  • Document maintenance and inspection actions as required
  • Create and maintain maintenance, calibration and inventory tracking systems
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience maintaining aircraft ground support equipment
  • Ability to work and support a 24/7 on-call rotation environment
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally on short notice; as much as 50% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • General automotive servicing experience with an electrical, hydraulic, and internal combustion engine background

This is a long-term assignment to Sigonella, Italy, subject to business conditions and individual performance. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. Ability to meet international assignment health requirements is required.
