We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Supervisor at Sanzie Healthcare Services, Inc. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care and supervision to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement client service plans in coordination with staff
- Provide skilled nursing services, including hourly or per-visit care, to meet professional standards
- Regularly assess client nursing needs and provide services as needed
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other home health aides
- Conduct annual assessments and performance evaluations of supervisees
- Report client progress and problems to supervisors and physicians
- Admit and assess clients to services, complete clinical documentation, and revise plans as needed
- Provide hands-on care, case management, and education to clients and families
- Review plans of treatment for accuracy and completeness
- Current RN licensure
- Experience in home healthcare or a related field
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Competitive salary: $40 - $50 per visit
