We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Wencor Group. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective customer support and maintenance services to contracted and non-contracted customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicate and expedite critical orders and AOGs (Aircraft on Ground) to ensure timely resolution.
- Track and manage customer unit priorities and lead times to ensure seamless delivery.
- Administer unit receipts and shipments, as well as quote administration, to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
- Represent Wencor Group internally and externally, providing essential customer service duties and responsibilities.
- Assist Sales and Business Development counterparts in maintaining and bridging customer relationships and requirements/expectations.
- Contact customers via phone or email to advise on order status.
- Enter customer and/or vendor quotes into the database.
- Provide customer status reports according to individual customer requirements and preferred templates.
- Generate daily reports tracking customer unit priorities.
- Audit and update customer profiles as required (contracts, addresses, preferences, etc).
- Communicate and track customer priorities, including critical/AOG requirements, with associated departments.
- Coordinate efforts and customer requirements with applicable departments and personnel as required.
- Analyze and respond to Repair Request for Quotes (RFQs) via email or phone.
- 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is also a consideration.
- Aviation experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented, self-motivated, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, and multitask.
- Dependability, follow instructions, respond to management direction, and take responsibility for own actions.
