Hourly Compensation:
$17.00 (annual range: $45,500 - $50,000)

Role of the Assistant Manager:

Responsibilities include teaching, coaching, and providing guidance to store crew members.
Drive store sales through customer satisfaction and high food quality.
Supervise the daily operations of Braum's food service, grocery market, and fountain sales.
Engage in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as necessary.
Share the responsibility for ensuring compliance with Braum's store policies and practices.

Work Schedule:
Workdays vary based on a rotating 3-week schedule, with an expected workweek of 45 hours.

Reports To:
Store Manager

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Retail management experience.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid Driver License required.
