Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Consumer Loan Sales Specialist to join our team at OneMain Financial. As a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and providing financial solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Present financial solutions to customers, including loan options and insurance products
  • Work with customers to understand their financial goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • Partner with local businesses to identify new customers and develop business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to provide the best possible service to customers
  • Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with laws and regulations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred
  • Bilingual - Spanish a plus
