Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med Surg position at Core Medical-Perm. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of New Hampshire.
- At least 1 year of experience in Med Surg nursing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
