Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Roman Empire ABA Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Board Certified Behavior Analyst and 3 years of supervisory experience in assessment and implementation of behavior analytic treatment plans. Strong leadership skills, including effective communication and solution-oriented problem solving, are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement, oversee, and quality assure all clinical services for assigned caseload
  • Ensure standardized implementation of clinical policies and procedures across the agency
  • Develop and enhance clinical training and supervision programs
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Team and CEO to develop growth initiatives and projections
  • Establish and maintain a community presence specific to behavior analytic and related associations
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing BCBA
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in assessment and implementation of behavior analytic treatment plans
  • Strong leadership skills, including effective communication and solution-oriented problem solving
