Invo Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school-based services team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to students with special needs.
Key Responsibilities- Implement discrete trial instruction and behavior treatment programs as designed by the supervising Behavior Analyst.
- Utilize assistive technology, electronic Individualized Education Plan (IEP), and data collection systems to track student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and collect data to complete treatment notes as required.
- Effectively communicate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
- Ensure all services are performed in accordance with state laws and regulations.
- Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Hold a bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).
- School experience with special needs students and disabilities (preferred).
