Job Title: Residential Leasing Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Residential Leasing Agent to join our team at Harmoniq Residential. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for leasing activities, tenant orientations, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents and prospective tenants.

Your Role

As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Leasing activities, including showing properties and negotiating leases
  • Tenant orientations, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants
  • Collaborating with our property manager and residents to ensure a positive community environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • One year or more of experience in a Leasing Agent or customer service role
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a natural flair for sales
  • The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with ease
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to negotiate and find solutions
