About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Operator to join our team at Torrid. As an Equipment Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting our supply chain operations by collecting, loading, shipping, and receiving warehouse products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload packaging from delivery trucks and transport it to designated reserve and packing areas.
  • Organize packaging in reserve and aisles based on instructions from management.
  • Replenish packaging in aisles from reserve areas as needed.
  • Provide accurate packaging counts to management upon request.
  • Identify and report safety hazards in the workplace.
  • Support other areas of the business as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Forklift certification and a strong understanding of OSHA regulations.
  • Ability to read and write in English and basic math skills.
  • Meet company accuracy and production standards.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations by working across different departments.
  • Knowledge of various material-handling equipment.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
