Part-time Receptionist/Clerical Assistant Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Schedule and coordinate the activities of two service representatives, ensuring seamless communication and timely updates.
  • Manage and update schedules, guaranteeing efficient workflow and effective time management.
  • Perform various clerical duties, including data entry, file management, and other administrative tasks.
  • Utilize basic computer skills, with a strong emphasis on Excel, to support the team's productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Experienced candidate with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
