Join Our Team as a Utility Pole Installation Technician

Are you ready to contribute to a vital industry? We are seeking dedicated Utility Pole Installation Technicians to become part of our dynamic team at Ansco & Associates, LLC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and drive various heavy machinery and equipment to job sites, including but not limited to Backhoes, Trenchers, and Digger Derricks.
- Install utility poles and ensure proper placement.
- Identify and locate existing underground wiring and cabling.
- Assist in the installation of underground telecommunications infrastructure.
- Conduct flagging duties to ensure safe coordination of vehicles and equipment in active work zones.
- Restore properties and worksites post-project, ensuring quality inspections of equipment and work performed.
- Adapt to working in both congested and remote environments as needed.
- Engage in physical labor, including lifting materials that may weigh between 50-75 lbs.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Previous experience in installation, repair, or maintenance of underground utilities, specifically with Pole Truck operations.
- A valid CDL license is required.
- Capable of safely operating various utility trucks and hand tools.
- Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high-quality work standards while adhering to safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Physically able to lift and carry weights regularly, with the capacity to handle heavier loads as necessary.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and emergency on-call situations, in all weather conditions.
