Pole Crew Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pole Crew Foreman to join our team at Ansco & Associates, LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of utility poles and underground telecommunications cabling.

• Direct and supervise crew members in the completion of assigned tasks to ensure quality and safety adherence.
• Operate and maintain various types of utility trucks, equipment, and hand tools.
• Place utility poles and install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Locate and mark buried wiring and cabling.
• Perform general construction work, including physical labor and equipment operation.

• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• 1+ years of experience with installation/repair/maintenance associated with underground utilities.
• Currently hold a CDL license.
• Able to operate various types of utility trucks, equipment, and hand tools in a safe manner.
• Able to demonstrate the ability to follow directions, produce quality work, and maintain safe working habits/conditions.
• Can communicate effectively with customers, employees, and other stakeholders.
• Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed with or without assistance.
