Therapist III

We are seeking an experienced Therapist III to join our team at Novant Health. As a Therapist III, you will be responsible for making treatment and level of care decisions independently, collaborating with physician providers as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Manage your own schedule and refer patients to a higher level of care or request consultations as needed.
- Provide individual, family, group therapy, and collaborative care in the outpatient setting.
- Complete patient assessments, plan for therapeutic interventions, and implement treatment plans.
- Coordinate the treatment process and demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide services appropriate to the age and cultural diversity of patients served.
- Graduate Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a related field.
- Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor, or Clinic Phd/PsyD level Psychologist.
- Good working knowledge of computers and ability to care for Behavioral Health Age Specific populations.
