Position Overview:
We are in search of a proficient and proactive individual to assume the role of Controller.

This position presents a remarkable opportunity to take on a pivotal role within our finance division, where you will be crucial in shaping our financial strategy and guiding decision-making processes.

The Controller will be responsible for safeguarding the financial integrity of our organization, overseeing all financial operations, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations and standards.

This role demands a strategic mindset, meticulous attention to detail, a comprehensive understanding of financial trends, and a passion for financial analysis and forecasting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all organizational accounts and investments.
  • Oversee daily operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Produce and maintain timely and precise financial statements and reports in line with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
  • Establish, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
  • Prepare all necessary documentation for the annual audit with the designated external auditor.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records for all financial transactions.
  • Develop and sustain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
  • Review monthly financial results and generate variance reports.
  • Oversee cash flow management and prepare forecasts in accordance with policy.
  • Supervise the bookkeeping functions including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Formulate and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security of personnel and financial information.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. An advanced degree or professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA, or CA) is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role, demonstrating a successful track record.
  • Extensive experience in coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, and investment accounting.
  • Expertise in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Proficient in accounting software and data analysis tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of financial trends within the organization and broader market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated strategic planning experience at the management level.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
  • Solid understanding of economic and banking processes.
  • Ability to critically assess and discuss significant organizational issues.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
  • Strong analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution capabilities.
