We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ABA Child Interventionist to join our team at Butterfly Effects. As a Behavior Technician / RBT, you will play a vital role in teaching young children affected by autism essential skills and promoting their development.

We believe in making a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families, and we are committed to hiring passionate, caring individuals to serve those affected by autism.
What You'll Do- Work directly with children and families in their natural environment to teach essential skills
- Make sessions fun by teaching through play-based activities
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide support and guidance to families to help them navigate the ABA process
- A competitive hourly rate of $25.00 based on experience, education, and certifications
- In-house training program and coursework with Competency Check to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Drive-time pay between sessions
- Tuition Assistance
- Supervision towards BCBA credential available
- Minimum of High School diploma. College coursework a plus
- A love and passion for working with children
- Interest in learning
- Valid driver's license & personal vehicle
- Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet)
- At least 3 weekdays with same availability
- Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families
Butterfly Effects has served more than 10,000 families since our inception in 2005. We have a long history of improving the lives of children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder through our family-centric applied behavior analysis (ABA) approach. Our corporate office is located in Deerfield Beach, Florida, and we have a team of over 100 board-certified behavior analysts (BCBA) and 800 behavior technicians serving 12 states.
