Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee our dynamic projects.
As a Construction Superintendent, you will manage all phases of construction, from initial planning through to completion.
Your role will involve coordinating all construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and addressing any challenges that arise.
You will also be responsible for ensuring timely project completion within budget constraints.This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in field supervision, looking to contribute to our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to execution.
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship in line with original plans and specifications.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and appropriately stored.
- Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Meet contractual performance conditions.
- Review work progress daily.
- Proactively plan to prevent issues and resolve any that arise.
- Negotiate agreements, draft contracts, and secure necessary permits and licenses.
- Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, focusing on field supervision.
