Job Summary

Vinfen is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Counselor - Awake Overnight to join our team. As a Residential Counselor, you will provide direct support to individuals with psychiatric conditions in a residential group living environment, fostering independence and promoting recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP)
  • Implement treatment plans and assist individuals with activities of daily living
  • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the program
  • Work collaboratively with individuals, families, and support staff to promote independence and quality of life

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Prior experience working in a human services setting is strongly preferred
  • Preference given to bilingual/bicultural applicants and applicants with lived experience of psychiatric conditions

Driving Requirements

A valid US driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
