We are seeking a skilled Dietary Cook to join our team at Crystal River Health And Rehabilitation Center. As a Dietary Cook, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food service to our patients.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook food in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, as well as the facility's established policies and procedures.
- Assist and direct the daily or scheduled cleaning duties.
- Previous experience in cooking large quantities or completion of an appropriate training program is preferred.
- Must have patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards the elderly and disabled.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job.
