- Leadership: Guide, inspire, and assist gym personnel. Conduct training sessions and performance assessments.
- Member Relations: Create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for members. Address member inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of member satisfaction.
- Marketing and Sales: Aid in the creation and execution of promotional strategies to attract new members and retain current ones. Support membership sales initiatives and promotional activities.
- Administrative Responsibilities: Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and other administrative tasks. Assist with budgeting and financial reporting as required.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and labor regulations. Conduct regular facility inspections and promptly address any safety concerns.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a management or supervisory position, ideally within the fitness or customer service sector.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Capable of multitasking and effective time management.
- Fitness Acumen: A strong passion for fitness and wellness, with a solid understanding of gym operations and member services.
