Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary case management services to W2 program participants, assessing their needs and developing personalized plans to reach self-sufficiency goals.
  • Monitor program compliance through regular reporting and data analysis.
  • Motivate and inspire participants to complete essential components of the W2 program.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our systems for program tracking and reporting.
  • Facilitate job readiness workshops and provide guidance to participants.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree and two or more years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven ability to lead, facilitate, and conduct group case management sessions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create and deliver effective materials to support participant advancement.
  • Ability to adapt to changing policies, reporting requirements, and program delivery methods.
