Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic radiology procedures, including X-ray and fluoroscopy exams, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and adhering to radiation safety standards.
  • Provide direct assistance to physicians during diagnostic or special procedures, including assisting with sterile technique.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an education program approved by the credentialing body for the required credential(s) indicated below.
  • ARRT-R certification as a Radiologic Technologist - Radiographer.
  • State licensure as a Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
