Electrical Systems Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Specialist to join our Northeast Engineering Design Organization in the US. As an Electrical Engineer, you will work on a variety of electrical power generation, distribution, and utilization system projects for teams across the region.
Responsibilities
- Creation and presentation of power studies
- Detailed design of electrical power systems
- Preparation of electrical equipment procurement specifications
- Preparation of electrical construction documents
Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Professional Engineering license or ability to obtain it
- 5-10 years of experience in the design of electrical power generation, distribution, and utilization systems
- Experience working on water and wastewater projects
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit (beneficial but not required)
- Solid understanding of NFPA 70 (NEC) and other electrical industry codes, standards, and recommended practices
Estimated Salary Range
$120,000 - $180,000 per year based on location and experience.
