Cardiovascular Care Specialist

The ideal candidate will have expertise in cardiovascular nursing, with experience in cardiology clinics, cardiovascular units, intensive care units (ICU), or during heart procedures. Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting thorough cardiovascular assessments, including taking detailed health histories, performing physical exams, and monitoring vital signs.
• Utilizing advanced monitoring equipment to assess heart rhythms, blood pressure, and oxygen levels.
• Tracking changes in patients' conditions and immediately reporting significant findings to the healthcare team for timely interventions.
The selected candidate will also be responsible for administering prescribed medications, providing pre- and post-operative care, managing postoperative care, and developing personalized care plans for patients with cardiovascular conditions. A strong understanding of evidence-based guidelines and regulatory standards is essential. In addition, the candidate should be able to document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
