Beauty Barrage is a full-service strategic sales management team with Brand Ambassadors servicing doors across North America. We work with some of the hottest brands in beauty today and provide in-store support in retailers like Sephora, ULTA, Bluemercury, and more.
The objective of this role is to strategically support Beauty Barrage's client brands in various retailers. As a Brand Coordinator, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets in an assigned market, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
- Establish and develop strong relationships at store level with BA's, Store Leadership, and territory DM's.
- Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstration.
- Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
- Provide critical feedback through survey responses.
Requirements:
- Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of in-store retail environment required.
- Must be available weekends and must be flexible to meet job objectives.
- Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional.
- Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.
