Job Summary:
The Industrial Fabrication Specialist will serve as an essential part of our successful industrial fabrication projects. This position is responsible for working with all members of the Industrial team to complete work orders efficiently while maintaining quality craftsmanship. Our specialists are expected to ensure high-quality work for our customers by promoting a safe working environment at all times.

Responsibilities:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Strong mathematical and mechanical skills
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and bills of material for standard and customer parts and products
* Ability to receive written and verbal instructions from supervisor or leadman
* Detail-oriented and able to meet acceptable time/work standards
* Utilize lean work procedures and promote a culture of continuous improvement
* Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal; works well with individuals at all levels of the organization
* Team player that works well staying on task in team settings
* Safety mindset and ability to lift up to 85 pounds

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience.
