The Restaurant General Manager is a critical role at North Texas Wings, LLC, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants. Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Ensure that every guest receives outstanding service by providing a welcoming environment, maintaining high standards, and demonstrating solid product knowledge.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train quality staff, and maintain all employee management functions.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze business trends, develop plans to maximize sales, and meet or exceed goals and objectives.
  • Operations Management: Control shrinkage, waste, expenses, and payroll, and ensure cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards are maintained.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures through regular management and staff meetings, walk-throughs, and audits.
  • Performance Evaluation: Continuously evaluate and react to performance issues, and actively recruit restaurant staff candidates.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop shift leadership in all aspects of the business, and direct and monitor training and development for all restaurant personnel.

  • Verbal Communication: Possess strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Manage multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency and follow through.

  • Leadership: Demonstrate expertise in identifying areas for improvement and establishing procedures and performance standards to increase profitability.

  • Problem-Solving: Be able to remain composed and rational in adverse or confrontational situations.
